The first change is for training. Intense training results in 6% (from 5% in the past) tiredness for all players that get trained and Immense training results in 12% (from 10% in the past).
The second change is about tactics tiredness. So, when a player is starter in a game, he gets tired. His tiredness depends on the tactics that the team has chosen. To be exact the tiredness is a sum of three parts of tiredness:
trd = c + dt + ot
where trd: tiredness, c: constant, dt: defense tiredness, ot: offense tiredness.
c is always equal to 4%, where dt and ot depends on the tactics chosen, as follows:
